What is Review, Reflect, Reset?
RRR is a full-day, practical business planning and strategy session, built specifically for leaders in 'human centric' businesses who need structured time to zoom out, reflect on what's come before, realign direction and purpose, and walk away with a practical plan that is not just words on a page.
You work side by side and in collaboration with sector peers facing and feeling the same tensions as you.
You will share, connect and learn from each other and in the process develop the foundations for highly valuable and strategic relationships that could last a lifetime.
The day is an immersion into business AND an insight into your own leadership growth opportunities.

ABOUT CASSIE DAY
Cassie Day is a coach, speaker, and workshop facilitator who has spent fifteen years building, growing and exiting businesses in the care economy, and helping others do the same.
As the founder of The Carers Place a boutique Support Coordination Agency she built from her kitchen table, based on her lived experience, and successfully exited in 2024, Cassie knows the ‘care sectors’ from the inside. The systems. The reform pressure. The complexity. The leadership load. She has lived every part of it.
As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, mother, and family carer of over twenty-four years, she brings a deeply personal and professional understanding of what it costs to keep building when life doesn't slow down for your business plan.
Named 2024 Carer of the Year at the South Australian Community Achievement Awards, Cassie is known for her raw honesty, sharp strategic mind, challenging questions and ability to hold a room, and the hard conversations, with genuine care.
She’s facilitated public and private workshops for over 30 years and facilitates Review, Reflect, Reset the same way she coaches her 1:1 clients: with structure, honesty, and a real commitment to leaving you better than she found you.
