Named Carer of the Year in 2024, she transformed her personal experience as a carer and neurodivergent woman into national impact, growing her business 'The Carers Place' into a leading NDIS business and building sell-out events promoting connection and collaboration within the South Australian NDIS Ecosystem.

After successfully exiting her business in March 2024, Cassie now works with leaders and organisations to champion lived expertise (rich life + professional experience), strengthen resilience and courageous leadership.

She is an in-demand keynote speaker, and an engaging, authentic and often 'raw' facilitator and MC.
