You built the thing and made the decisions that got you here. You carry the weight of your team, your clients, your vision, and you do most of it alone. 

Very few people truly understand what it takes and what it cost.

I know this because I lived it. Years building The Carers Place from my kitchen table to a seven-figure business. The loneliness, debilitating. I didn't have a single peer, in my position, I could be completely honest with.

And now, when I am having conversations with other founders, they are in exactly the same place.  Alone. Questioning everything. Frozen by fear and uncertainty. Confronted by reform and a market on it’s knees.

I've thought about that a thousand and one times since. How different things might have looked if I was supported. How many decisions I made from panic not strategy - ultimately operating outside of purpose because I had no one to think out loud with.
